I realize the holiday season is a hectic time for companies a fulfilling orders and I should change my expectations. I placed my order based off of the website stating that orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. This was not the case. It shipped 12 days later. Additionally, it was shipped ground, I would have not placed the order if I knew it would have been shipped the slowest option possible (there was not an option for express delivery- or any other option). I would have gladly paid any amount to ship it over night or next day. I was hoping for this to arrive before Christmas- again, I based my order off of the website stating that most orders ship within 3-5 business days. I actually messaged with someone and they said “rest assured it will arrive by Christmas”. It did not. I assume the item came out nicely. We haven’t seen it yet as we left home for a work trip before it was delivered. Hopefully it’s still there. I also used the messaging option that stated someone would respond within one business day. That didn’t happen either. Communication is extremely slow I have hopes that when the print is received, it meets expectations. At this point, it’s a pretty low bar. The pdf looks nice!

Both frames broke while I was removing the back to place the print. I reached out and they don't offer any type of refund or reimbursement. Do NOT recommend!!

Capri Studios was incredibly receptive to my initial design feedback and incorporated it quickly and beautifully. I gifted the design to my mom and she said, “I got my picture! And I LOVE it! Every time I see it I smile and think of you and our family. It is such a thoughtful gift!”

Product came 5 days later than guaranteed and arrived in non protective packaging. My print was bent and crinkled. Print was sweet otherwise.
