I LOVE the print. However, It was left outside the spring door to the front door - it rained last night - I found the box at 6:30 this a.m. It was so wet, it had come apart. The bubblewrap didn't seal the print. I had to take the whole thing apart and try to salvage it by drying it with a fan. Perhaps these lovely works of art should be sealed in plastic prior to the bubblewrap. Carole Gary

Poor and inconsistent communication - hi, help, Finn, Irish, William - which one works to actually reach someone? Delayed responses to questions. System glitches for print review - one of my 2 prints came back as ready to review but was blank for 2 weeks. Eventually I accepted it to keep the process moving since I didn't get an answer. The due date of Christmas delivery was missed by several weeks with no discount code or anything offered. Overall I rate a 3 because the artwork and framing were good.

When I ordered my prints it was with a "8 hours left for Christmas delivery" and in an email I have a "Your order is still covered under our Guaranteed Christmas Delivery windows, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way." The prints, which are lovely, didn't arrive until January 10, almost a month after the order was placed.

UPDATED from one star: the prints did end up arriving on time (!) and they are lovely. Just beware, especially when it’s a holiday rush season. ORIGINAL: I ordered 2 prints on November 26. Approved prints on December 2. The status changed to shipped on December 11 and it’s not been given over to USPS. No emails get through. No response on their chat/ message system. Do not recommend this business.

I liked the review process and that they double checked on the flower placement. I dislike the frame. It is cheap for the price of the piece. I expected it to be a glass frame, instead it’s acrylic and one of the prongs is really jacked up on the back so I need to dismantle it to fix it.

Overall, cute pictures… easy to do iterations. However, when it arrived the frame was cracked. I reached out to help and just heard someone would be in contact with me but haven’t heard from anyone. Hoping it gets remedied!

I’m hoping for a refund or redo. I didn’t notice this on the proof, but Adalyn and Lillian’s names are spelled incorrectly. On one hand, I should have caught this on the proof. On the other hand, I’m 100% sure that I put their names in the form correctly. Let me know what I can do to send the product back and get one with the right spelling! Thank you.
