I was excited to support a small art…
I was excited to support a small art driven company and willing to pay a higher price for that reason. The company was running a “Christmas Delivery Guarantee” that was mentioned multiple times during the ordering process and again guaranteed in my confirmation email after purchase. The proof came through for approval very quickly and I accepted the proof almost immediately. I then received a prompt alert that the shipping label had been created, and then nothing for 15 days… I reached out the weekend before Christmas concerned that I would not receive this gift in time despite the “Christmas Delivery Guarantee.” I did receive prompt responses but they were dismissive and pushed the blame on to the carrier. I finally received the package AFTER Christmas and was honestly a little disappointed in the quality. It’s a neat concept, but the prices do not reflect the quality of the product and the company either needs to learn how to take accountability for their own “guarantees” or they need to not use the guarantee as a way to rope people into buying their products as Christmas gifts.

Hi Catharine, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by your gift not arriving for Christmas. As we explained via email, while we prioritize fast internal processing, once an order is picked up by the carrier, there are often delays in their system updating the status, which can lead to tracking discrepancies during the peak season. After reviewing your order, we can confirm the package was delivered on December 26th; we truly regret that this was just one day past the holiday despite our efforts. We take your comments on our guarantee and product quality seriously as we work to improve. We truly value your input as it helps us grow and provide a better experience. 🌺
