they didnt have the product i ordered, i wasted 4 days thinking it was coming at then they informed me after i inquired, that they didnt have the product.

Terrible. We paid for 2nd day air delivery $150….. After 2.5 weeks I called and they said “ohh that was never sent out.. we can issue a refund or you can re-order”…… I said “no thanks, it was second day air for a reason, the job we needed it for is over, we will purchase from someone else”

No one told Me it wasn’t in stock when I ordered the item.
