Been over 2 weeks and have not received my order never again.

It has been a week since I placed my order. There seems to be no information as to when or if it has or will ship. After reaching out to the company and speaking with someone, who promised to update me I have heard nothing.

Haven't recieved my purchase yet.

Ordered an item on the 20th of May. As of the 30th the item has not shipped yet and no updates have been provided. Need to order a couple of other higher priced items. Thankfully the item ordered from Capital was not need quickly, the other items are needed in a timely manor and will likely be ordered from another supplier with a history of timely order shipment.

I ordered my product on May 13 2022 as of May 26 2022 I have yet to receive the product. I live in Waxahachie Texas the store I ordered from is in Houston Texas I literally could have walked there and picked up the product. So still waiting.

Your company said y’all had a product in stock but when ordered said it was already shipped by manufacturer come to find out the manufacturer didn’t even have any built. It would be a few more weeks before the product was even built. Will not shop here again

Received my order,but there was no communication from them after sale or if and when it was shipped, had to go on to website to check order ! Sent wrong size, Metric, won't fit my tripod ! packed in tiny bag that wasn't worth the $10.00 shipping !
