I ordered 2 rods and paid for them
I ordered 2 rods and paid for them, 2 weeks have gone by and still no rods. I called and asked where they are and come to find out there on back order but it’s not on the web site nor did anyone let me know. I was told I would get a phone call as to when I would be able to expect them and still have not received that call…. It’s now week 3 still nothing…..Now I have to call somewhere else To get them. I’m sure trying to get my mo way back will take for ever also….

Awful and Atrocious Service from Capital Surveying Supplies LIES
On July 28, 2022, I bought a Spectra Precision UL633N costing $2,944 from Capital Surveying Supplies - Order Number 12597. My Credit Card has been charged for this purchase.
To date, August 18, 2022, I have not received any acknowledgement from the company for this purchase - no receipt, no
I have emailed numerous times, called on many occasions and I sent an email to the VP sales, Mario Rodriguez. Still no response.
My next move if I do not hear from Capital Supplies is to cancel this order. I do not know what the problem is with this Company but I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. ONE STAR!!
Evidently, the review was the factor that evoked a response from Capital Surveying Supplies. No calls or emails were received from Capital Surveying. Their response was simply their feeble attempts to save face. By their own admission, they have the credit card payment such that they are prepared to approve the refund. Sir, we have explained numerous times by phone and emails that your order was flagged by our credit card protection and prevention service as being fraud. The main reason being using of an anonymous proxy IP and other major discrepancies and we cannot process the order. We have been upfront from the beginning and let you know exactly what’s going on. We advised you to call your bank and request a chargeback and we will approve the request. We don’t appreciate the constant harassment and now public false accusations. We will not be intimidated and hope you will do the right thing and retract your statement. Good day sir.

I placed my order Monday of last week
I placed my order Monday of last week. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. 1 week later I’m still waiting for the package and the shipping label still says awaiting shipment. I reached out to you by email on Thursday 8/4/2022. Still no message and no package. Customer service is the worst, I’m messaged by the automatic message asking for a review, before customer service contacts me.
