Still haven’t received it. Maybe feedback should be asked after the product is received by the customer

I ordered, and never received item, called after 14 days and was informed that you were out of stock of the item, but again was never notified of this. Not until I called was I told. Very poor service and communications

Greetings, I made the purchase of two of your products with the order # 15797. From the same order I only received 1 item and the one that was pending I have no way of tracking it. Send an email to your company and it was not answered and the system only shows: Partially Shipped/ 1 of 2 Delivered on Fri, May 19, 2023 and 2 of 2 Shipping. But the 2 of 2 has been in the same mode for more than a week.

It has been 3 months and I am still waiting on an $848.85 order. I have sent a couple emails and haven’t heard any response!

2 weeks later i still dont have my order or even a update on when its going to ship

My order hasn't even been shipped yet.

I would’ve place an order the 18th Feb and I’m still awaiting the package to be delivered since it wasn’t available and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. (had to call for an update and there was no further update on how soon they will receive the item from the manufacturer) .

Missing parts of equipment such as the handle and feet for a survey turtle. Very disappointed will not order there again
