Only issue I had was there were no tips…
Only issue I had was there were no tips with the replacement probe rods I ordered. Order was shipped in a timely manner, customer service was perfect when I needed to change the delivery address!

One Small Glitch
Ordering was easy. Product arrived in good condition. My only disappointment was in tracking the status of the Order Fulfillment and Shipping. There seemed to be gaps in the status updates and I had to make two Chat Inquiries to get updates. The Link did not provide any updates. Once UPS acquired the shipment I was able to track it. Not a big issue but some improvements would be appreciated. Otherwise everything was fine! Thank you!

We ordered 7 dozen rolls of flagging…
We ordered 7 dozen rolls of flagging (two dozen in each color: pink, blue & orange, plus one dozen in green) However, we only received one dozen orange and instead received one extra dozen of pink flagging.
