Have not received item yet that i ordered 2 weeks ago , 33' emgineers tape measure , never had a problem in the past , what happened ?

Sizing was far too small. Took two days to get back to me and won't offer an exchange.

They sent the wrong tape measure(inches instead of tenths), which they agreed to remedy immediately. They sent a return shipping label so I could send back the one shipped to exchange for the correct one. It was sent back over a week and a half ago, but I have received no correspondence since. I asked when they would be sending the correct item, and no reply. Finally today I sent another follow up email requesting if they were not going to send the correct item to just give me a refund. Again, no response but I finally received an email stating I was getting a refund, but no explanation or reply to the email. If they would have just explained that they did not have the product or that it would be on its way, I would have been fine, but there has been zero communication. I only wanted to get the correct product which should have been shipped in the first place. Doubtful I will be doing business here again.

I haven't received my order and I paid for upgraded shipping

Lost my package and have requested a replacement and have heard nothing.

gave me the doc but didnt send the included power cable that is listed in the inventory/ instructions. Then when communicated to get the part ignored all contact.

I ordered a while ago and still haven't received my product and no update.
