The item was not as described
The item was described as adjustable. It's not adjustable. And they will only give me store credit. Update: They apologized for the confusion on the description and offered a full refund.

Great Experience
All of the human interaction was superb! It was professional, helpful and met our needs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it seems your system does not send an auto generated email providing confirmation the product shipped with tracking information link. In this instance, it was a bit funny as I was speaking with one of your employees asking about tracking and shipping as the package was quite literally, being delivered to our facility while I was on the phone. Great company, great experience, thank you!

I'm very satisfied with my purchase
I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Before placing my order, I called and asked about shipping times and they stated they didn't have what I wanted in stock. They told me they would order the product themselves and it would be a bit of time before I got the order. After I placed the order, I inquired about it a week later through their website message board. Not long after that, they FedEx'd it to me.

Would buy from them again
They notified me that my item wasn't in stock and that I could wait for it or get a refund the gentleman was real polite and issued me a full refund. They are straight up guys I would definitely buy from them again

Call to get best service
Call to get best service. 4 stars for excellent phone service and response to inquiries and fast shipping. Minus 1 star for website not alerting you of stock/backorder status. Pricing was very competitive. I would recommend calling to verify items are in stock before ordering.
