Never got it and there is no tracking no

I haven’t go my order yet or an eta. Brad

The price of my items was good and Capital shipped exactly what they described, but part of why I ordered from them is that their website showed they had my items in stock. I recieved an email shortly after I placed the order stating they were out of stock and my items didn't ship for another 2 weeks.

I paid for expedited shipping for standard tips for my pipe probe before I had to mobilize in the field. It took two weeks to finally get them and then my wife had to ship them to the hotel where I am staying. Thankfully I didn't need the probe for this section of the project

Products need to be better explained with more pictures.

Items were not in stock and were advertised and listed as available. Kind of a decpetive marketing practice. I even recevied emails with shipping updates for a product that was not going to ship.

The chalk boxes you delivered aren't the one's displayed on your web page. I was ok with the price of the boxes, but not the shipping rates
