Web site said it was in stock, still waiting on order. When I called they said it was back ordered. They charged my account right away. I don't think I will order from them again.

I ordered to tape measures and was told it make take awhile to receive them so, I ordered a tape refill you had on hand and was told I would receive it Thursday (30th). It is Saturday and I still do not have it. I need it for work.

I ordered red and you sent me black

I ordered 2 brand name inverters (Cobra) and instead received 2 no-name Chinese inverters. The Chinese inverters were available on Amazon for much less than Capital Surveying charged. Instead of returning them for a refund, I offered to accept the Chinese inverters if they credit my account the difference between Amazon's delivered price and the price I paid. They agreed but the refund was less than the difference. So... I called again and again, twice, was promised a refund for the full difference. Again, they failed to make me whole as if I purchased them from Amazon. I called AGAIN and we agreed to returning the inverters and they sent me a return label. I didn't appreciate anything about this purchase. Substitution of an inferior product, and feeling lied to 3 times about the refund. Sadly, Capital Surveying would have been better off refunding the full difference and buying 2 from Amazon because Amazon would have shipped them for free, whereas Capital Surveying paid for the return on the ones they sent to me.

Very bad experience that could have been saved with better communication. Placed order on a Wednesday, no tracking number, no communication, called listed phone number but voicemail box was full. Credit card was charged. Finally correspondence on Friday night saying item not in stock and supplier closed for Good Friday, with offer to ship on Monday morning. Monday arrives, still no correspondence, 2 emails from me, one inquiry, second cancelling order. Monday night email acknowledging cancellation. Wednesday (today) credit card shows no refund yet.

We paid for 2day shipping this has been in que for over a week. NO lead time was noted. Your website says always instock....

Wrong product shipped, it’s now been two weeks at time of writing this and it still has not been rectified by the seller, wow!

Did not receive what I ordered or any communication as to what is going on after two weeks. I finally had to call, be put on hold, and utlimately find out from a person that said they were waiting on a shipment and would send my order then. I only ordered a 100 foot tape, not anything complex or unusual.
