The customer service representatives were knowledgeable. When they were unsure about specific details regarding qualified funds, they told me that they would have to clarify this. I appreciated how they got me the correct information I needed rather quickly and also followed up with me almost immediately. My only wish is that their call center had more extensive operating hours.
