George J.
The online claim of how easy it is to buy annuities at Canvas was an overstatement of the reality of actually purchasing them. The extra forms that were required to be filled out were furnished and then returned, with several questions required to be answered. When the applications were approved and assigned numbers, they forgot to tell which numbers went to which annuity. I had to request the information as to which number went with which annuity, as they were for different amounts.

Hi George - We appreciate the time you took to leave feedback. We are working to provide an easy, automated process to accept qualified funds and in the meantime, we understand you had to go through more of a manual process. Thanks for sticking with us and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions!
