The package was beautiful. But it was incomplete, the gift card to rent movie was missing. And the root beer was replaced by coke. However, once I let them know about the mishap, they quickly and kindly helped me solve the problem. And I will likely make more purchases in the future. :)

While looking for a Halloween gift basket I happen to come upon Canterberry Gifts. What a find! The person I dealt with was so helpful and insured me they would get the basket there by Halloween even though time was short. It did arrive on time and the recipients were thrilled. I placed an order over a week ago for my sister-in-law and she still hasn't received it. I complained online and Matt, the owner, contacted me with his apologies and refunded the cost. He’s still sending my gift basket out at his company’s expense. Great customer service for sure!!

It was okay. The pretzels were broken open and were stale. The stuffed animal is super soft and cuddly. The hat was cool, but to be honest, it wasn't worth the money. I will probably not do this again though.
