Thank you to Matt to making sure my gift exchange luncheon with my colleagues was a success! The basket I had ordered was coming from a 3rd party and was locked up in massive shipping delays. Matt offered to reimburse the shipping cost, but when I told him the purpose for the gift (that I'd ordered almost 2 weeks before) he scrambled and quickly told me they would create a "like" basket in house and ship it out next day, at no extra cost to me. Thank you again for your amazing service!!
