Fast delivery, great customer service. I’ve been very pleased with the company. Because I’ve send these as gifts to other parts of the country I didn’t actually see the packages, but my friends said they were very nice. I’ll certainly use them again as the need arises!

The basket i ordered was exactly what we wanted for a farewell gift for a coworker. It arrived on time and in great condition and was boxed and padded very well.

I recieved a tracking message from Ups that the package had been delivered. When I contacted you to report the package had not been delivered, I was told to contact UPS claims. You sent me a proof of delivery for Fort Worth TX. You should have caught this. You had given the wrong tracking number. Correct package was delivered on time

Canterberry is amazing and their customer service is top notch! The recipient of the gift I sent accidently threw the Red Box code away and they were so quick to provide a new one so their movie night wouldn't be ruined... Thank you!
