Things went very well throughout the the transaction and delivery!

All items were fresh. The items were positioned in the box neatly. I added more items to the box to personalize it. The sticker on the box was faded and not placed carefully.

Candy was top quality. Fast delivery with excellent delivery status information. Would recommend to others. Would have given 5 stars but shipping date was not as requested on website.

Ridiculous to offer Valentine's Day baskets that have no realistic way of getting to someone by Valentine's Day. On top of that, no tracking available until a day after valentine's day. Finally, way overpriced for so taking advantage of the holiday. Thanks Greatly appreciate the prompt response and the service recovery gesture. Daughter actually loved the basket. It did not arrive on the date I requested. When it did get to my daughter she was pleased and happy that I thought of her. Still would of been nice for it to get there before Easter. I really wish they would of told me it would not get there on time. I would of expedited the shipping. Other than that it was beautiful

Baskets were really cute but some of the treats were expired. I didn’t like how everything was stuck together by tape. The tape was really hard to get off and even ruined some of the wrapping.
