Since a majority of our office is still working from home, every quarter we like to send out care packages to our associates to make sure they feel appreciated. I reached out to Canterberry Gifts to see if they could put together a very personalized "Tailgating Care Package" for 130 associates. Stephanie and Matt were extremely responsive and made sure I was apart of every little bit of the process. From making sure our company's logo was on every item, to getting the fonts just right, and also making sure I had many options to choose from - I was confident that the care packages would turn out great... and they did not disappoint! The items were great quality and exactly as I had seen when they sent over the proofs. Our associates loved them and we will absolutely be using Canterberry for future projects. Thanks again, guys!

I was the recent winner of the Father's Day Gift Basket Giveaway. The basket I won had various cheeses, nuts, and snack crackers. Both my wife and I really enjoy all the products. I asked that the gift be sent close to Father's Day but it was sent immediately instead. When I wrote and said I asked that it be held I got all kinds of excuses as to why this wasn't possible. Very poor customer service and the gift doesn't look nearly as good as the pictures did. Now he is trying to blame me for asking for a simple thing. Any other store would have done what I requested . I didn't have to look for fault, he provided that on his own. I will spend my money elsewhere in future and suggest others do the same since he obviously cannot be civil about his own shortcomings.
