This company is a JOKE, no phone number to contact a human. Emailing takes forever, and you don't get anything other than a useless blanket statement that is WORTHLESS. They don't make you sign for your luggage which is odd. I bought a set that wasn't delivered and they could care less. They do NOTHING. No offer to send a new set with a signature guarantee- NOTHING. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I hope this place goes bankrupt they are 10/10 the most useless unhelpful joke of a company ever. Eff you calCRAP.

****DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!**** I bought my husband carry-on luggage as a gift. After using it only twice the entire front laptop sleeve started coming off the main luggage part. It looks like it was just cheaply glued onto the main compartment. I contacted customer service and they are refusing to give me a refund! I even offered to send the item back to them. The only options they gave are to send them the item to be repaired or replaced at MY COST or to get a replacement. We clearly do NOT want a replacement as the product was extremely cheap and I just know a new one will break again. I will never buy from them again and will be sure to alert everyone I know. An absolute waste of money.

I ordered luggage from here that was not properly delivered to my house and was then stolen due to that. Calpak's suggestion was to contact the authorities, which will not get me a refund for this luggage. This was fedex's fault and no one wants to hold them responsible. Will never buy from them again.

Customer experience is sub par. If you order direct they charge your credit card on date of order and will not ship for two weeks. They will drop ship Nordstrom order right away. I contacted them and the response was a 3-5 business day before reply… due to holiday activity. And they only work Monday through Friday…this is retail and Christmas. I wish I had read Facebook reviews. Typical California company….it’s all about them and not the customer.

Horrible customer service. Bought my luggage last month and used it once, wheel popped off. Why isn’t there a telephone number ?

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Do not order from them unless you want a headache

This is the worst baggage company out there. Customer service? What customer service!? The wheels of my wife’s Ambeur luggage broke off…both! They wouldn’t return or fix. One of the bags was used for about 30 trips international and domestic, so I could live with that one not being replaced but the second bag was used 4 times! 4! I wrote a review on their site and of course they took it down. Unfortunately we one about 6 pieces from them. I wish I had known they were below average people before spending 2K with them.
