Great service and response time. I was out of town and suddenly developed UTI symptoms. I found this online Dr and gave it a try. I haven’t used this type of Dr before. I entered my information in the morning and had a response within an hour. I had the antibiotic by noon. It took longer for the pharmacy to fill the prescription than the Dr visit.

This service has been excellent in the past. However, like many things that start out promising, they have not been able to meet the expectations . What used to take a few hours, now can take days and sometimes no response at all. I requested a refund after they were unable to help me and I didn’t see that I ever received, but can’t talk to anyone so who knows . It’s almost February and the answering machine still wishing me Happy Holidays. Maybe they folded up and are no more. They still take my credit card . Of course.

My husband had a lot of trouble applying promo codes that were valid and others that were active were expired in their backend but not on the front end. After many tries, he gave up and had to pay full price and see if customer service would append the code later on. After speaking to customer service it is possible to apply the code. He was given a code and an associate said he wasn’t able to use it because we already paid. Conflicting information and I have a promo code now on hand that I cannot use. And as an educator I used the promo code with $20 off only to be told that’s expired. I provided the team with the right promo code and now they are saying use it for next time. I won’t be using it next time, and would like this applied to my order since I already have the code in hand.

Have not received my prescription even after 3 days, had to go to Emergengy Room. Ask for refund , no respond.

Question: when I pay the 40$ for the script do I still need to pay for the medication once I get to the pharmacy?

I have used this company multiple times in the past, I’ve recommended them highly to others but not anymore. I live in a rural area and getting into see my specialists is a wait as is getting my messages returned, Having a chronic illness, sometimes I need labwork done between appointments to cut down on the appointments. Callondoc filled that gap..until now. Their website has changed, I no longer could select other labs on the lab request page with insurance and write in my own LabCorp codes, there was no longer a spot for icd 10 codes so I had to use the more expensive consult to get my foot in the door just to be told they could not order the labs for me this time which I find strange since I’ve been previously told I could request any LabCorp test in their catalog as long as I had the codes for them to put into the electronic lab requisition form they sent in. I’m pretty angry that one of my favorite services has now been canned and I’ll have to look at alternatives to bridge the gap in the meantime. So unless you need one of their very standard lab tests, don’t bother anymore asking for anything else. They apparently have forgotten how to do a job they previously had the skills to do which is very unfortunate.

Never use again Waited over 12 hours - no response -- only responded when I asked for refund. Then they said they would expedite my request -- so I tried again -- 5 hours later no response. Finally asked for refund, again then I got a response. Unfortunately missed the window at this point for covid treatment. Got a refund will never use again. They did say heavy call volume but to go from 1-2 hour service to no service at all is more than heavy call volume...

It was midnight Thanksgiving evening when my temperature rose and I could hardly breathe for five minutes. Immediately tested for Covid - positive. Took photo of test result which I knew would be needed. Went online to callondoc.com that my housemate had recommended after he was diagnosed a month earlier. I went through maybe 20 minutes of interview online and paid the $50. A medically trained person analyzed my information somewhere in the night, and by morning my pharmacy advised that Paxlovid and Albuterol respirator were available for pickup. Flawless!!! My housemate picked it up so within 16 hours I was taking meds, using the inhaler, feeling better over five day pill period, and recovered within 11 days. If I had consulted my primary care doctor, there would have been answering service: "please go to your nearest ER for emergency treatment". In my compromised condition, taking a taxi in the middle of the cold night to wait in an overloaded cold room to sit with other sick people, some coughing, it would have been most uncomfortable. They would not have Rx available regardless. I note that website had consultation for maybe 60? other conditions, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Medical care even in San Francisco can be difficult to access, with understaffing, insurance restrictions.On-line medical care is likely to expand. It makes sense.
