Used to use CallOnDoc. But recently they have made a policy change to only write “monthly” prescription amounts for 1/3rd what they used to. In essence, they’ve tripled the cost of your prescription. No medical basis was given for this change (there is none for my particular medication) just a vague explanation that it was a “provider based decision”. So… I’m out CallOnDoc. 👋🏻 Edit for CallOnDoc reply: I did contact you. That’s where I got this information from. And a line about “medication costs have gone up” which had NOTHING to do with the amount prescribed. Then finally someone admitted you now limit (May 2023) ED prescriptions to 10 pills a month. So… 3x the cost of what a month supply use to cost. 👍🏻

I love CallonDoc. They have made my life so much easier and healthier. They have a simple and convenient online process that connects me with a doctor who listens to my symptoms and prescribes me the right medications. They also have a low and transparent fee that covers everything. CallonDoc is a lifesaver.

The office staff, specifically this guy named Keith are very incompetent and lazy. I have used them for years but will go to a competitor in the future. The incompetence alone with this organization should scare you away. Don't say I didnt warn you. I just wanted to add on that FIVE days after I originally submitted my request they finally got it together enough to send the prescription to the pharmacy. IT IS THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION DOSAGE!!!!!! This company is a joke.

These people charged my card, somehow, even though I never asked for their services!!! Fraudulent!!!

After having a HORRIBLE experience with HIMS/HERS, I did some research and discovered CallonDoc. I was leary becasue I didn't want to lose more money...I read the TRUST PILOT reviews (which I should have done with HERS) and decided to go with CALLONDOC. This site is AMAZING. Literally, within 15 minutes of finishing my questionnaire and setting up my account, I received an email that my prescription was called into the pharmacy. I have taken the same medication for years and need simply to have managed. I highly recommend this site.

Customer Service is great for the price. They send to a Pharmacy near you and you get your meds in no time. Responses to queries are also prompt. Oh, and don't lie to them. Be upfront...it's about your health. They are willing to accommodate and find a great solution for you.

When ordering some labs, it told me that I could have the lab order sent wherever I needed. I work at a hospital so I needed the labs done at the hospital I work at so I could use my insurance (I have insurance, but it’s always a wait to get into my doctor so I wanted to get the labs done ahead of seeing my doctor so we could speed up the process). Anyways my request was ignored and they send my lab order to Labcorp (and took longer than the 2 hour timeframe they promised). When I again explained that I needed it sent to my hospital, they just sent me a copy of the Labcorp order and said go to any Labcorp. Again I explained that I couldn’t use labcorp with my insurance and I got a response back that I can only go to labcorp with the order. When I asked for a refund and to cancel the order because I would not go to Labcorp, they said to wait for further updates from their lab. I didn’t authorize them to send my lab order to Labcorp, yet they did it anyway. It was not in the 2 hour timeframe promised. And now they won’t even refund me. This service has been a joke for trying to order labs. Now they just sent me another person’s lab orders. So Joseph Burgarino, if your looking for your labs, I have the email that you should have gotten. I definitely don’t trust this company now.

this was so much easier. It saved us thousands of dollars definitely worth it.
