23 Hours Later A Treatment Plan
23 Hours Later Finally A Treatment Plan. I have used Call On Doc for years, but that will be changing after my recent experience. I submitted and paid for a consultation yesterday and 23 hours later I have received a treatment plan. In between that time, I messaged them twice and received generic responses of having an abundance of patients and limited providers on the weekend. It has never been this bad of a turnaround on the weekend. Not even during the Covid pandemic did it take this long to receive a treatment plan and that says a lot! They need to be more transparent about the length of time it will take for a provider to address your consultation and issue a treatment plan. In the time that elapsed since I submitted and paid for my consultation, I could’ve gone to urgent care, received care, had rx sent to my pharmacy, and taken 2 doses of that rx medication. It’s not right or fair to keep a patient/customer dangling. Just be honest, if it will take 24 hours to receive a treatment plan, inform the patient so they can make an informed decision on whether they want to wait for that or go elsewhere. It’s no use to call them either; they have a number I have called multiple times over the years to reach someone and have never spoken to anyone. You just receive a text from the same number apologizing for missing your call, and to state personal information on a text message along with your concern and they will get back to you. Their service has gone downhill. With the exceptionally long turnaround from submitting your consultation/payment to receiving your treatment plan, the inability to be transparent on actual turnaround time for visits, and never being able to reach a live person to speak with regarding any concerns, I don’t think I’ll be using them again. This business is looking shadier and shadier.
