Scammers-The company had no problem locating my account when I needed the payment link sent to my email but when following up as to why my status has been pending for over 9 hours they conveniently cannot locate my account using the same name, dob and email.

I am having a very painful attack of shingles regarding which I sent photos. Although their website says they will provide prescriptions for shingles it does not say that the prescriptions won’t include standard of care non-opioid pain meds. They advised me to take NSAIDS after I had already stated I am allergic, so they don’t read the patient’s questionnaire answers carefully. Unhappy (and in pain).

Company billed me for close to two years, and had not sent any prescriptions to pharmacy. ( auto refills plan ...prescriptions will always be waiting for you at the pharmacy or rigt to your door) I will have to go to the Better Business Bureau.

Although they claim to have 2316 Facebook reviews, they have no affiliation with Facebook…. Although they claim to have 3613 Google reviews, there are no such reviews anywhere. This is all fake information they are boasting on their website.

Just used them. I was very skeptical. Went through the questions. And not even 30 min later I had my script. I had called around to family medicine and it's at least $120. They also wouldn't have got me in until 10/10. But it's legit!

8 hours to hear from a doctor (via generic message) - not 2 hours as stated on the site! And then once I did hear from him, he asked questions I had already answered. Then I waited another 2 hours after repeating myself and couldn’t wait any longer - I had a time sensitive script and ended up using Doctor On Demand, which was awesome. I had my script filled in less than an hour, the doctor was amazing and actually saw me on zoom - rather than just a message system like calldoc. I don’t know how call on doc claims it’s telemedicine when you never talk to anyone. If you check BBB they have dozens of cases against them. Take your business elsewhere UPDATE- Callondoc tried to have my review taken down saying I was not a real patient - just sent over my plethora of emails - shame on you people!
