I never write bad reviews, but I had no choice in this one. I put my consult in on a Wed. evening and did not get a consult reply back until Saturday night. After reviewing the consult order(FINALLY after 4 DAYS), I realized the dosage on one refill was wrong. I immediately emailed back to make them aware that the mistake needed to be rectified w/the pharmacy. No response. I then messaged them again the next day…Still no reply from them about admitting to nor fixing their error. I paid a-lot of money for 3 refills, and then to have one filled for only half of the dosage it should have been. I cannot in good conscience recommend using this group. I hope they will fix their problems for people who pay them for medical care and put their trust in them.

This company basically allowed me to choose the medicine I wanted, which was fine with me, but I’m not sure medically how sound this practice is. When we tried to pick it up at Walgreens, they would not give us the prescription, because Callindoc did not include a prescription number. After numerous attempts to contact the company for that number, as I was suffering greatly with the flu, I had to get dressed, leave the house and go to a regular urgent care and get treated and pay that practice as well. They finally got back to me eight hours later after midnight, with some excuse saying that I would need to get the prescription number from Walgreens. This was too much work with 103 fever now they said since they rendered the service they don’t want to issue me a refund. Yes they might’ve done work, but there were no results and just as if I had a service that failed, I would fully expect to have to pay someone back. I am not happy with this company a bit .

I made an appointment and paid for a 3-month refill of my blood pressure prescription. I was told they would only give me one month until I took a blood test and then they would give me the remaining two months of the prescription. I said ok. The results of my blood test were ready on December 21st and I was told someone would contact me within 3 days to discuss the results. It has been over 3 weeks and no one has attempted to contact me. I reached out to customer service through phone text and email. No one will return my inquiries. I even paid for another appointment to hopefully discuss my lab results and get my medication refilled. The website says appointments usually have a turnaround time of 2 hours. This was 2 days ago. No attempt to contact me has been made. I'm about to do a chargeback on my credit card this feels a lot like fraud.

Terrible terrible experience! No doctor ever called me for a consultation. Said two hrs, and hr 9 I was texting asking for an explanation. Crickets.. then they wanted to charge me another $20 for a note for work. Without even seeing me. They sent my treatment plan 32 hrs after my consult request that was supposed to only take two hrs. Fraud!! The dr didn’t even see me, just took my money. Shameful! No refund either!

I am looking for time sensitive RX to be prescribed after normal business hours. I have 24hr pharmacy ready, they say they need a doctors RX sent over first. I am searching for some sort of 24hr service. Google add shows CallOnDoc for Rx on this specific Rx in 10mins. (This would start the drug store to begin filling and take prolly 2 hours.) After filing my entire online doctor questionnaire submittal. I pay them and they say please give CallOnDoc Medical provider up to 2 hours for response. Well, they never responded. Been two hours +. Even if they do it will be 2 hours to fill. I might as well just go at 7 am to urgent care clinic to send my Rx, Total scam. Second, they advertise 24/7 customer service. Actually it's daylight hours no weekend. Their 24/7 customer service is just a phone number that you can send a text message to. I did, they did not respond. Good thing it's Saturday though, otherwise maybe in the morning I could have called their actual customer service, but no, they are closed till Monday. I am sure it would be stellar service though if, they were open.

Great experience! I received my prescription within two hours. Very easy website. Saved me hours having to go to Urgent Care and my co-pay would have been the same. I definitely will be back and recommend it to friends and family.

I started this process 3days ago..No prescription yet. I asked for a refund 24hours ago and I'm getting the run around. I want either the prescription or my refund by the end of today.

Wait over 24 hours. Need antibiotic. A few computer generated messages about increased demand. Cancelled and asked for refund. Won't hold my breath though. When asked for refund was messaged that I had 5-10 minutes to respind or they would proceed anyway. Justification for no refund? Probably. FYI, 7 hours later...you guessed it, no Rx! Please do not use these people.
