Warning: Call On Doc is not a reliable or trustworthy service.
If you are unwell and urgently need medication, do not depend on them. Their advertised promise to fill prescriptions within two hours is blatantly false. Prescriptions are routinely delayed for many hours despite repeated attempts to contact them. When prescriptions are finally transmitted, they are often incorrect. Efforts to have errors corrected are met with silence—messages go unanswered. This is not simply an inconvenience; it is a serious risk to patient safety. Telehealth services exist to provide timely, accurate care, but Call On Doc has repeatedly failed to meet even the most basic standards. Based on my experience, they are not to be trusted to provide the service they claim. Consumers deserve to be warned: relying on Call On Doc could leave you without the medication you urgently need.
Response from CallonDocAug 22, 2025
Hello Vanessa, My name is Kaye, one of the support staff at CallonDoc. I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused. We never want our patients to feel unsafe or delayed in getting the care they need. Please know that our team works hard to ensure prescriptions are processed within 2 hours. Recently, we did experience unexpected system issues that temporarily impacted our turnaround time, and we sincerely apologize if this affected your visit. We reached out for more information so we could investigate your case directly, but without your response we were unable to locate your account. If you’re open to it, we would love the opportunity to review your situation and make things right. You can send us a secure message through your patient portal (My Account > My Profile > Messages) or at https://www.callondoc.com/en/chat-supports Your feedback matters to us, and we truly value the chance to regain your trust.
