Company is a rip off. refilling a replacement script requires a new consult session. the way they treat their “patients” is nothing more than finding a way to overcharge and rip them off

When medications are reported as lost, misplaced, or discarded, our team is generally required to follow a standard safety policy that requires a new consultation before issuing additional prescriptions. This policy is in place to ensure that any medication requests are reviewed by a licensed medical provider and remain medically appropriate. In your case, once your concern was escalated to our medical provider for review, they were able to approve a courtesy replacement prescription, and the rx was resent to your pharmacy the same day so you could continue your treatment without interruption. We understand the situation was frustrating, especially while you were trying to resolve the missing medication, and we apologize that the process felt unclear or delayed. Your feedback is important and helps us continue improving how we communicate options to patients in situations like this.
