Availability and reasonable price
Availability and reasonable price. Appreciate how quickly I was able to get to the issue after hours of trying other options. We live in a rural area and urgent care was either closed or too far away. The worst disappointment was finding out that the health insurance company no longer supports telehealth for Medicare, after many phone calls and waiting for return phone calls, they did nothing to help but tell me to go to the doctor. I knew that, but needed to get in soon and should not have to visit an ER for a UTI. Thanks to this group for being out of pocket affordable and efficient once I found them!
