Hello Ken. Thank you for review of the V10000. Page 3 of the manual shows you the type of call you have received and if this allowed or blocked. You also have what mode you are currently in on there Ken. I have check for errors on the manual and everything is showing what options are on the display screen when used. You are correct the feature is shown when the call comes in. This is a feature added so our customers can identify the call with picking up the phone to respond. The call blocker uses different codes Ken for the identification of Private and Unknown callers, as identified on Page 11 of the manual. This also applies to Voip\Rogue Dialers also. The Block now button yes we are fully aware of and we hope to a fix as you say. I hope this answers your queries for you Ken and it is good to know that you are having a peaceful day now. Hello Charles. If you have an answer machine then please extend the rings to maximum as this is the cause of the call giving you a couple of rings. The number showing twice on the call blocker. The reason for this Charles is that the call blocker cannot read names, only numbers. If a caller is broadcasting their name and number the call blocker will show 2 calls but it is not. This will have no ill affect on your call blocker. Kind Regards Colin.
