We are generally pleased with it
We are generally pleased with it. However, we get a lot of calls which say "Unknown name", and it would be nice to be able to block all of those as they just keep changing the number. The programming code to block "Unavailable callers" apparently doesn't work with those.

Problem was the red button didn't block…
Problem was the red button didn't block calls. Problem was solved in three steps: first I called CPR Help line and they tried to fix problem and asked to try it out for a day or two and to call back if it still doesn't work; I called Help line back and tech had all the details of my first call. He ran thru diagnostics & determined CPR needed to be replaced; tech handled exchange both verbally and with email instructions and pre-paid mailing label. Return was simple. Received replacement CPR in a few days.

Device works. However, only having a "scroll" feature for seeing both call list and block list makes it hard to double check that a new number calling in wasn't blocked previously to make sure it is blocking repeat calls.

Hello AD. Thank you for your review on our Call Blocker The call list only displays the last twenty calls so as number nineteen becomes Twenty it is then over written. The Block list displays all the caller you have personally blocked. You will not be able to see the pre installed numbers. It deserve all the stars
It deserve all the stars, robo calls were driving us crazy, 30 in two days, then we got CPR's great product. Now we know the phone is for us, it's nice. OH, yeah, the CPR is easy to hook up and easy to block all them unwanted calls.

So far it has cut down on unavailable…
So far it has cut down on unavailable phone calls when I block them. I am still getting some, but hopefully 🤞 it will quit. It was so easy to put together. Much better 😊 than the one I previously had. Great job!!!!
