I upgraded from the previous model the CPR 5000. I think it does a very good job. However on the upgrade to the CPR 10,000 there's no way to carry across the numbers from your previous call blocker. I would say that's the downside.

Best thing I ever bought. I had the blocker for 2 weeks and have blocked 20 calls. What a pleasure to sit down to dinner without the phone ringing. My husband even commented on how quiet the house seems. Best money ever spent, worth every penny!
