Thank you for your feedback. We're thrilled the CPR V10000 is successfully blocking unwanted calls for you. For the single ring on blocked numbers, it's best to plug the call blocker directly into the main phone line (not an extension socket) this often eliminates or reduces that quick ring. We appreciate your notes on the Allow List too. Enjoy your much quieter phone!

Hello Jerry ... Good news; you can auto-block an entire area code (like 928) so you won’t need to manually block each call. To block an area code: Lift the handset and enter: Press * Press * Press 7 Press # (wait for the beep) Enter Area Code Press # (wait for the beep) Hang up Once set, all calls from that area code will be blocked automatically. Our CPR Call Blocker works hard behind the scenes to stop known nuisance callers, but a few may sneak through until they’re added to the block list, a bit like training it who’s not welcome. Once those numbers are blocked, the ringing should settle right down. If you’d like a hand getting everything set up just right, we’re always happy to help!

While most nuisance calls get stopped, the occasional one can still sneak through. That's why we have the Big Red Button to manually stop persistant callers. If you’d like a hand fine-tuning your settings, our team is always happy to help.
