Hello Dwight Schwartz. Thank you for your review of our Call Blocker. In regards to the #2 make sure you are not in Parallel Set Up as this disables that feature. Also make sure your telephone is part of the base unit and not a separate phone. In the Manual you can find our contact details are found on our last page.
