Hi Peter, Thanks for your feedback, when this happens it means the call blocker has locked up/frozen. This is normally caused by information that it doesn't understand coming down the phone line. To resolve it, you just need to disconnect the line cable from the call blocker for 5-10 minutes and then reconnect it.
