Hi Craig, If you have the call blocker connected to cordless phones, you can block from your remote/extension, phones by answering the phone as normal, dialling #2 and then hanging up the phone, that way you do not need to go to the call blocker everytime you want to block a call. If you have been receiving less phone calls since installing the call blocker, then it sounds like some of the numbers that were calling you previously are included in the pre-programmed list, and so are automatically being blocked for you.
