I truly, can't live without it! The service was excellent I also, extended my warrant as well. Professional representatives were respectful to the consumer that of myself. It has been peaceful to say the least in my home since using this item! I was getting so many scam and robo calls starting 8am to sometimes 8pm at night! No more problems....I am so extremely satisfied with this unit! Today you can't depend on the "Do Not Call List" registration for your phones.....they do absolutely nothing!!!! But now owning this CPR CALL BLOCKER IT IS over!!!!! Thank you for a great product and the ease of attaching to my phone!☺

The CPR Call Blocker arrived quickly, it was easy to install, and it works very well. The barage of calls stopped immediately. The times a few have gotten through, we push the red button and never hear from them again.

cannot retrieve a number that was deleted by accident. manual does not give good information or make it easy to restore number which i still cannot retrieve even with tech help. i have to disengage the v1000 when i expect the call to come through which is not acceptable.

Hi Phyllis, Thanks for getting in touch with us. There are two ways you can unblock a number on the V10000. The first method would be to find the number in the block list and remove it that way, to do that, you can follow these steps : 1. Press the "Block List" button once to display the first number in the list. 2. Use the arrow keys to scroll through the list. 3. When you find the number, press and hold the "Delete" button (the down arrow) until you see a "Successful" message, the number will then be unblocked and be able to call you again. Alternatively, you can use the programming code, to do that : 1. Get a dial tone on your phone. 2. Press and hold the "Block Now" button until you hear a beep through your phone. 3. Enter the code **6# full number to unblock # into your phone. 4. Hang up the phone Regards, George CPR Call Blocker Technical Support.
