The call blocker not blocking any calls, there are possible reasons for this; -Setup of the unit. -Caller ID is not active or not transmitting through to the call blocker -There is too much plugged in and there is overloading on the line Here are some quick solutions to turn ON Blocking with these codes: Turn ON Blocking International calls: 1. Get a dial tone 2. Press * on the telephone keypad and then quickly press the BLOCK LIST button on the Call Blocker Turn ON Blocking Unavailable / Unknown calls: 1. Get a dial tone 2. Press # on the telephone keypad and then quickly press the BLOCK LIST button on the Call Blocker Turn ON Blocking Private calls: 1. Get a dial tone 2. Press 7* on the telephone keypad and then quickly press the BLOCK LIST button on the Call Blocker Turn ON Blocking VOIP calls: 1. Get a dial tone. 2. Kindly check instructions below. Hope it helps. Standard set up: i. Unplug the Line cable from your telephone ii. Take the Line cable that you unplugged and insert it into the LINE port of the call blocker iii. Place the short black cable provided with the call blocker into the TEL port and the other end into the telephone. https://www.callblockerusa.com/pages/animations Parallel set up: i. Unplug the Line cable from your telephone ii. Take the LINE cable that you unplugged and insert into the LINE port on the call blocker. iii. Take the small white cable that came with the call blocker and insert the red end into the LINE 1 port of the call blocker and place the clear end into the telephone. https://www.callblockerusa.com/pages/animations Alternative parallel with a splitter and extra line cable, to do this: i. Place a line splitter in the wall jack or modem. ii. Take the LINE cable that is plugged into the telephone and place in one socket of the splitter leaving the other end in the telephone iii.
