I should have bought this sooner. It has changed how we think about our phone. We were getting at least 4 or 5 robo calls each day. Some as early as 730 AM and as late as 10:00 PM. Now when our phone rings it is someone we want to speak to. Wonderful device.

First it is great that devices are being made to block the barrage of calls that are causing frustration to users. Since we have connected this device to our phone some calls are blocked, yet we find some calls seem to get through. We are trying different things to remediate this so at this time I have given it three stars. What we do not like is that when trying to view and write down who has called, blocked etc. We find the box for every detail call is only available for a few seconds and it is hard to track who is blocked and who isn't. What would be nice is to have a USB Connection or Memory Card that can be placed in the unit and that can be removed and uploaded into your computer so that you can easily decipher the calls. The display should be brighter for us more mature folks. Also if you have another phone connected to the landline that has the ability for taking calls, Only the system that is connected to the device is using the functionality of the devices.

A lot of new nuisance numbers are generated everyday and we are doing our best to keep track of those to have them included on the pre blocked list, however, as we improve our technology, scammers/spammers also are improving their ways on getting through the call blockers. This looked like a good, sturdy phone. It had a ton of options. If it was for myself it would have been fine. However, I bought it for my 92 year old mother-in-law and it was far too complicated for her.

I am 87 years old and not at all electronic savvy. I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO TYPE MY ANSWERS WHEN THE HELPER ASKS THEM. However, my helper was patient and figured out my problem. He was much more patient then most when I need help with my computer or phone.

A good product but a bit over priced. I originally had a V10000 which I was very disappointed in. I felt it was extremely poor quality for the money. It did the job but the block button never worked right, the screen was too flat so it was hard to read and it was also too bulky. I wrote you about the block button and cheap construction, but of course I never received a reply. When my V10000 finally failed I thought I might try the V5000. I found the construction and operation to be much better than the V10000. I feel your product is still overpriced but at least it is easy to operate. I would not recommend the V10000 to anyone.
