You would get 5 stars, but the instructions are a bit hard to follow. The inputing of phone numbers was tedious. Otherwise, it works great.

Continue to receive the same number of unwanted political, credit card, loan, window installation, etc. calls as with the V-5000. See no improvement.

So far the unit seems to be working well.The one thing that I miss is the callers identity is not being displayed any more on my home phone display.

Hi Patrick, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you are pleased with your new call blocker. With regards to the caller ID, You may have accidentally placed the Call Blocker into Foreign Caller ID mode (DTMF) instead of the default FSK mode. The Call Blocker has three different Caller ID modes try all three to see which one works. Get a dial tone and enter: **9#100# Check to see if caller ID returns, if not try the following: **9#200# Check to see if caller ID returns, if not try the following: **9#300# Hope this helps. so far so good have had plenty of calls to block.but waiting a few weeks to see if any numbers show up twice in the log.
