I can not speak to the quality of their clothes, but I will address their trust factor. I ordered a red jacket that I intended to wear to a Christmas party. After a week I contacted the company on December 15th and was told they were still processing my order. Fearing the jacket wouldn’t arrive in time I asked them to cancel my order. They immediately cancelled my order and refunded the money back to my credit card. In fact, they told me that it might take several days to show up on my credit card, but it showed up the very next day. What California Jacket did AFTER the sale is how companies build trust.

I ordered The Christmas Chronicles Santa outfit. It was decently priced and when it came it was well made for the price point. It came in a timely manner (about a week, which was expected). The materials were good and looked like the pictures…but the vest cut was way too long and well past the knee. I contacted customer service by email and got response that night requesting me to contact through Whats App. I did so and they initially offered me $30 refund and $20 towards future purchase. The return/exchange option was gonna be “free” but would have to pay $75 for shipping…so beware, returns are most definitely not “free”. It was gonna cost me $50 to have the vest altered and when I contacted the company they refunded me $50 so I could get it altered myself! Would have been nice to have it fit appropriately on arrival, but they took care of me in a timely fashion. So overall a good experience.

“Processing time” is long (don’t be suckered by 10 day shipping - I waited like three weeks before my order shipped) but thwy were at least responsive when I asked for updates, and when it did ship (from Pakistan) it arrived fast, and although not EXACTLY as described it is a cool jacket. At the end of the day I’m happy with my purchase.

The Kate Upton Astros sweater is really nice and seems like high quality material. Ordered 11/1/22, received 11/15/22 in Houston, TX area. When 10 days had passed and I hadn't heard anything, I sent an email, and they responded to it in less than 24 HRS. It came from Pakistan. I'm 5'4", 36DDD, and usually wear an 8-10 in ladies tops and a 6 - 8 in bottoms. I ordered the sweater in a large and it fits really nicely. I'll be wearing it open, but would have no problem buttoning it and wearing it closed if I wanted. There is not a size tag on the sweater. The only thing I see wrong is that there is not a tag on the sweater with washing/laundry instructions. I'll be ordering again from Californiajacket.com.

I ordered the Astros Sequin jacket and I am very pleased with the product and how quickly I received my item. I ordered the large and it does run a little small through the shoulders but not not enough that I would exchange it. Overall a happy customer. GO ASTROS!!!!

I received the Elton John White Feather Jacket that I purchased. However, I was quite disappointed about 2 things. The first being that they jacket was not made nor was it shipped from the US. This makes me wonder if the company is actually based in the US at all. The second disappointment is in the quality of the jacket. The shoulder pads that are the "feathers" are barely even sewn on, two the attachment points broke from me just trying it on. Additionally their were only 4 feathers on each side. This jacket is far from being worth the $160 that I paid for it.

The shipping was rather slow but it was to be expected as the item was a new release from the anime Cyberpunk Edgerunners. I got David's jacket and I was highly impressed with its overall quality. Customer service was quick to reply to my questions as well.

Speedy delivery and a well made product for the price. Very happy with my purchase.
