I am a first-time customer. After reading the mixed reviews, and questionable legitimacy, I was a bit concerned, but decided to try out Californiajacket. I purchased the Stephen A. Smith’s Kobe Bryant’s tribute jacket as a gift for my dad (out of state) on Feb 10th. So, this review is based off of his comments to me. He loves it! The color was spot on and the fit was true to size. My added comments is that I was thrilled with the production and shipping time considering he’s in the Southeast. Also, the coupon was a great bonus! All of these positive factors led me to purchase another jacket last night for another uncle. I have confidence that the quality and color will be the same.

My experiences with California Jacket have been, quite simply, amazing! As an avid Marvel fan, specifically Loki, I was pleased to find this shop...the quality, craftsmanship and accuracy of their items is unmatched. My first purchase from California Jacket was the Variant jacket worn by Tom Hiddleston as a TVA agent/consultant in the show Loki. Let me just tell you, I was blown away by the quality, craftsmanship, attention to detail and the sheer accuracy! Not only is the jacket true to the design on the show, the materials and stitching are of the highest quality. It is not some flimsy costume coat that barely resembles the original...it's the real deal! My second purchase was the Loki Variant shirt and tie combination. Again, very much surprised at the quality, fit and finish! The very unique shirt wears well, looks great and is accurate to the show. Also the tie...great quality, meticulous stitching and screen accuracy. I loved the items so much that I ordered a second set (and plan on getting a third set - shirt only comes as a set with the tie) to add to my closet. Now, let's talk cost. What I paid for the Variant jacket, shirt and tie...is easily a fraction of what they're worth! The quality and craftsmanship of the jacket could easily place it well over $100, and the same can be said for the shirt and tie combination. In short, a great value! Finally, I can't say enough good things about the Customer Service I've received from California Jacket...especially dealing with Elisha, who is always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Anytime I had a question or concern (for example, at one point I ordered the wrong size item), I was given help and options in a genuine friendly manner. Anyone/everyone I've dealt with from California Jacket has made me feel appreciated! I hope my experiences with this company will aid in your decision(s) to purchase from California Jacket...you won't be disappointed!!

Excellent experience with my order. I love the quality of my velvet jacket. The fit and the craftsmanship was exceptional and the customer service was even better. I would definitely recommend California Jacket to anyone.

This was the worst experience with buying something on the internet that I have had. First, the jacket was not what was described, the color was off, no button closures and no inside pockets. The discount I received as well as free shipping in my opinion was great. Second, getting the jacket I was beyond disappointed. When I contacted them proving the description was wrong on the site they only offered me $30 towards a refund to fix and alter my jacket or they wanted me to pay to ship it back and they would take $40 off my refund for shipping (the free shipping I had originally) as well as a restocking fee. The restocking fee info was no where in their return policy until I started this inquiry. These people are a scam and I wound up keeping the jacket as this was all ethically wrong. Never buy from these people!

I ordered the Tom Holland Wool jacket worn in Spider Man No Way Home First I’d like to say that I had high hopes in this product…however right after the purchase everything turned into a nightmare…I ordered the Tom holland No way home plaid jacket…which was originally advertised as a wool jacket…what I received was not wool…nor a jacket but a button up shirt made of the same fabric as a cheap Halloween costume…ontop of that it took almost a month to get here even with me paying the extra $ to get it expedited…this place is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen…ontop of the fact that they have multiple websites all connected but with different states as the name…look it up your self there is a NY jacket a California jacket etc…ontop of that it ships from Pakistan so if you don’t like your purchase or the size is wrong…it’ll be forever for you to get that fixed…all in all…these people are monsters and they screwed me and countless others over…take a look at the reviews for them on trustpilot and see for yourself

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Ordered 2 costumes from them despite the fact that they were VERY pricey because they GUARANTEED delivery before Halloween on the site. Purchased them on the 8th of October, and didn’t get an update for 3 WEEKS. I kept e-mailing the company and they kept side-stepping all my questions. They literally didn’t ship the costume until the 26th of October. They say they’re located in California, but they actually ship from Pakistan. When the package finally did arrive (by some miracle on the 29th) it only included ONE of the costumes. Contacted them to get a refund on only the second costume since I didn’t even receive it, and they ignored me completely. I trusted the other reviews on this site before purchasing and that was a MISTAKE. This is not a trustworthy company. Their costumes are cheaply made (mine already had holes in it from faulty seams when it arrived), and the customer service is clearly outsourced, and will not help you should there be any problems with your order. They say you can refund/exchange on the site, that’s a lie. It’s a scam company. *UPDATE* they removed a lot of negative reviews on their website and here to try and hide their scam

DO NOT BUY anything from them. I ordered the Alexa coat and received a sloppily manufactured coat from Pakistan. It took several back and forth emails to finally get a return authorization number. It cost me $21.15 in postage to return. They don’t accept PayPal, which if they did, would have reimbursed my return shipping.

My James Bond No Time To Die sweater, [Order #19075] (November 18, 2021) has arrived and I love it…it was EXACTLY like the one worn by 007 himself! Also, it was a perfect fit and looks fantastic! CaliforniaJacket made it easy to order, and it was delivered super-fast! Thank you all again!
