I ordered a Jacket (Joel Kinnaman's coat from Altered Carbon) and while the product was as expected regarding quality, the size was a little bit too big. So I contacted the customer service which was very polite and assisted me in order to get the right one. An overall great experience (the shipping was also quite fast), so I will definitely recommend this website to friends.
