My first time ordering/purchasing from California Jacket and was very satisfied (beyond). Purchased a dress sport coat as seen in film Red, White, Royal Blue (actor Taylor Perez). Communication with CS perfect at every step and shipping prompt. The item a perfect fit and hot. CW

STEAR CLEAR!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS 100% A SCAM. THE ADDRESS THEY GIVE IS THE BEVERLY CENTER IN LOS ANGELES, THEY DO NOT HAVE A STORE THERE. I REQUESTED A CANCELATION WITHIN THE 24 HOUR WINDOW THEY REQUIRE. STILL GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND AND NOT CANCELING THE ORDER BUT NOW OFFERING $10 OFF. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ALSO CLAIM TO BE IN THE U.S. BUT THEY ARE NOT. LYING SCAMMERS!!!!!

Bad experience. Ordered a sweater that was NOTHING like the item pictured online. It was basically two pieces of a blanket sewn together. No maker label, care tag, nothing. Asked to send it back, was told I could get a $25 refund and I should re-gift the item. Said I wanted to return for refund, they said okay but I'd have to pay for shipping and a $10 restocking fee, which I agreed to.

We ordered a shirt and it's almost funny how awful it is, it's shiny pink polyester and the print is a terrible imitation of what we thought we were ordering. The parcel came from Pakistan not California. They charge shipping plus original shipping fees plus restocking fee to return.

I ordered a Kobe Bryant Jacket which was supposed to have the numbers 8 & 24 on the sleeve. When I received the jacket it was not only poor quality, but it also had the numbers 8 & 42 on the sleeve. I was beyond bummed to see that the company allowed this to ship with the wrong embroidery. I told them I wanted an immediate refund. after one email a day, they wanted to give me two options. 1 - offer me $35.00 partial refund (I paid $115.00) oh and they said I could resale the jacket or gift it to someone. They clearly don't care about their product representation to suggest giving it to someone, THAT REALLY UPSET ME. HORRIBLE! 2 - They can resend me another jacket any size, I just have to pay $65.00 to ship it. You want ME to pay more then half of my initial purchase to ship me another jacket YOU MESSED UP ON. 100% A SCAM. California Jacket Company (which is not the name it shows on the charge) is a HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have an autistic grandson and my son (his father) had asked that I play Santa. My Grandson is non-verbal, but we noticed that he is drawn to the Santa image this year. This was very last minute, and knowing me I don't do anything small. I wanted the Kurt Russel Santa Suite. I was nervous that I would not receive it on time, but California Jacket came through. It is WONDERFUL!! Real leather and fur and very well put together. I'm sure I will use it for many Christmas's. Thank you so much California Jacket!
