Oh my god what a terrible company many issues along the way and then the final product holy **** totally unwearable its meant to be cotton but its plastic the badge is printed on. Where shall i start well i paid a huge price to begin over $100 it was advertised with the REAL picture next they said theyd ran out of material so sent me some to choose all looked nice looked cotton so i got excited how wrong was i it looks awful i might as well of got a child to draw on a garbage sack. So i complained and got offered $15 excuse me its not wearable i know its fake but it wont even pass as close to real. I actually cried

I am pleased with my leather jacket.it arrived on time, almost 2 1/2 weeks. Didn’t know at first the item was coming from India. Company should have a phone, I prefer a verbal conversation rather than texting. Although there response was quick.

I highly advise against buying from this store. I ordered an item as a birthday present, paid a hefty $30 for shipping, and the item took more than 30 days to arrive.The biggest disappointment was opening the package. The quality of the item is incredibly poor and is not even close to the pictures advertised on their website.When I contacted customer service to request a full refund for a subpar product that arrived late, they only offered partial solutions. I was forced to settle for a $25 partial refund just to avoid further hassle and runaround. This is a complete disappointment, especially since it was meant to be a special gift. Do not be fooled by the photos on their site.

Ordered an XL which is usually really big on me. The sweater is a very small fit for an XL. Would not order from them again

After watching the Wimbledon Tennis Championships this year I was impressed with the Tennis Shirt as worn by Sacha Zverev so I started looking for one. I couldn't find it anywhere except on the California Jackets Website, so I ordered it. I was prepared to wait the additional time it would take to arrive. However, I changed my mind after reading some reviews online, I wasn't sure whether I would recieve the genuine Adidas Shirt, so I decided to contact them saying I wished to cancel the order and would like a refund. They contacted me straight away and said no problem, they would cancel the order and issue the refund within 3 days. Which is exactly what they did, so you can't ask for much more than that. I should say that the 5 Star Rating is based on the cancellation and refund service, nothing to do with the quality or otherwise of the item I ordered as I never got to see it. Thank you for the swift response and for the refund.

10-14 day shipping promise turned into a 2 month hassle. “Free Shipping” resulted in a bill for $20.00 from Fed-Ex for Customs Processing. The quality of the merchandise is so-so, and a large size is medium at best. Buyer Beware!!!

Tried to return due to poor quality and fit, especially considering the high price. They made us pay shipping and we never got our refund. Total scam.
