Website is a scam. Nobody responds to your emails or inquires, said my shoes got delivered and they never did after a month of waiting for them and cannot get a response from the email on the website

I received a hoodie for my daughter and its way too small and doesn't look like the picture. That's fine. What's not - I've asked THREE times for return/refund instructions and they won't provide that information, even though their return policy states that if the item is unused and in original packaging, I can get a full refund. Now they're insisting on pictures to prove the hoodie doesn't fit my daughter (even asked if I'd send pictures of her wearing it! Umm. No.) Terrible company. Don't buy from them. ... I bet you a small, cheap hoodie that I will get a response from "Hannah" that says... Hi Tara, This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we genuinely want to help resolve this for you.
