Caliboot has charged me for a coat I never received. It was to be for Christmas. Ive emailed them on their site too many times, with no response. They responded to me on a review O placed here to their email site. I did, several more times, a continued no response. Now I have to go through Fraud with my CC. Caliboot, you should get the Boot outta here!

I placed an order on 11/19/2025, still not arrived!
I placed an order on 11/19/2025. It is now December 29, 2025 and I still have not received the order. I have emailed them 4 times with only one reply on 12/5/2025 saying that the order would arrive within 5-8 business days from when I placed the order. The last 3 emails following up to find out where my order is and then requesting a refund have gone unanswered. This is very frustrating.

This is my experience
This is my experience. I checked with trust pilot the reviews were good for this site. I was under the assumption that since the website is in California that's where they ship from. Dummy me. They ship from China. So my package shipped from China under a tracking number that seems to not exist by International couriers until today. The USPS tracking did show it came over seas though to be shipped again to me from a storage facility in PA. The package I received was no where near what I ordered. I feel like a fool. I have contacted them twice so far at info at caliboot dot com for a refund and where to send their package back( to the storage place or China). My form of payment Paypal, will not intercede until June. Hannah at Caliboot I have reached out already. Please do me the favor. #CALI4467
