CalibootReviews of caliboot.com

I don’t know, how I missed all of the negative reviews for Caliboot. On their site, misleading putting an American flag, because it’s China. I’m supposed to get one of my orders, October 14th. They gave me 20 percent off and I ordered another jacket and have no idea, when it’s coming. They didn’t give me a tracking #. They got me possibly hoodwinked at $135!!! I don’t know, if I’m getting my coats and if so, if they’ll be a bait and switch. I WOULD AVOiD THIS COMPANY REGARDLESS. They weren’t honest, about it coming from China, to begin with I’m never buying from Caliboot, again regardless!

Do not buy from this company. They are not legit. I ordered a coat that looked nothing like it did online. I tried to call the phone# listed on my account next to the charge and it was not a legitimate phone#. Then I filled out a contact form twice. Crickets. Then I called the phone# on their website, it is another company for insurance. stuck with a jacket that looks like a rat is on the hood.

I guess I'm out $60 because they will not answer me about my return request. Don't trust them.

I ordered a belt and is was the wrong color, I sent many emails and not resolved. This company has terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company

I ordered a pair of boots. The example looked beautiful and they were said to be of good quality. When they arrived, they were not true to size as they were much larger than what they should have been. The quality was terrible. They were plastic. They are unwearable. When I tried to return them, I was ghosted. I'm disputing the $77.00 charge with my bank, but this was an awful experience. I would say DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered my daughter a size 11 shoe. It didn't even fit my size 10 foot. I tried reaching via the customer service # which continued to State the party is unavailable and cannot connect. So I reached out via email and was directed to send a photo of the product, which I did. They offered to send a larger size which would be a size 12 and thos wasn't going to be big enough. I then requested a refund and at that point never heard back from them. I repeatedly emailed but no response. In addition to the size issue, the shoes were shipped in a shipping bag with no padding, no box so we're damaged with dents in certain areas once received. I would definitely NOT trust this company.

I have reached out many times to get an address for a return and nobody has responded. Make sure whatever you order you are ok being stuck with because this company is horrible at communication

Never received my order that I was definitely charged for. I wrote them and they responded one time with an automated message and haven't heard from them since, its been 2 months. Trying to get my money back but I doubt I will succeed.
