Can't comment on quality since I still don't have what I ordered 10 days ago. I didn't know they were coming from China or I wouldn't have ordered.

Received my order quite quickly. Nice shoe. Problem is that I wear an 8 (39) and this shoe is at least one size too small and maybe a size and half. I have tried everyday for one week to get them to answer my email request for a return. Today, I tried calling customer service. Says the phone is not available.

I ordered 2 pants suits and a skirt. None of the items fit. Way roo small even though I ordered3X for the pant suits and 2X for the skirt. The pants I could not get over my hips. Way too small in sizes. I askedxabout return processes and finally got a response to ask for pictures and measurements. I will just donate the items to Goodwill. Beware of the sizes.

Very disappointed and would not recommend. The dress did not fit anything like the picture. The belt was not the same color. The fabric was a different color and the quality of the fabric was way below the image and the price. True case of China knockoff, but I paid $75. Quality is a Shein $20 dress. Tried to return and was offered discount (30%) off on the dress which would make it a $50 poor quality dress. They then offered to exchange for the same dress, but different size for $20 more, but why would I want the same crap dress I'm trying to return in a different size. Eventually they approved the return, but was then told the return needed to be shipped back to China at my cost. Will not purchase from them again.

The shoes I received did not match the picture in the order. It was a different looking shoe with lower quality materials. The shoes were not packaged well which led the shoes warping during shipment. I reached out to customer service and was told I could get 75% of a future order or return the shoes to an address in China at my expense. The cost to ship was not worth the price of the shoes and the shoes were actually shipped to me domestically by Abby Adkins from Chicago. When I looked up Abby, that name is involved in a number of shipping scams. I let Caliboot know that the since the product was damaged during shipping, did not match the quality of the product shown in online and that they did not fully disclose their shipping policy online for a product that was shipped domestically, I was able to receive a refund. However, the refund process was quick and the communication was also quick. I appreciated their quick response and resolution with my disappointment in the product.

These Waterproof Snow Boots for Women – Warm & Non-Slip Winter Footwear are not worth $59 (and that was with a discount code). I could have purchased these boots or similar boots at Walmart for half the price and no shipping/waiting/sizing issues. I am a solid 7M and these fit but my toes are right up against the front. They implied they were shipping from the USA but it took three weeks to receive them from China and there was no available tracking for the first two 1/2 weeks due to the international tracking label.

These boots are not too cute. They look and smell like plastic. The fit is very narrow and they run small. They look NOTHING like the boots on the website! In order to send them back, you have to pay shipping to France! Not happy with this shopping experience
