I love the flexibility, and the option for Cal video instead of using other video call services that require subscriptions. This definitely beats Calendly for the free version. My only concern is the billing and upgrade process. I skipped the free trial period so I could access the upgrade features but was not able to do so until my original trial end date had passed. Customer service is slow with poor communication clarity.
