Great tool and amazing support team

Even the free version offers a very comprehensive service and an outstanding number of possibilities - especially compared to competitors. I consider to upgrade in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Cal.com's support team. I reported a detailed bug with their API (rescheduling reason and rescheduledByEmail fields not populating correctly) and the response was almost immediate. Their representative, Jose, reported the issue to the engineering team right away. Within days, a fix was developed and a GitHub pull request was shared with me. Even when I followed up about the deployment to the live API, Jose was incredibly responsive, chasing the engineers and providing a clear timeline for the fix to go live. Their responsiveness is truly second to none. It's great to see a company not only build an excellent product but also provide such high-quality customer support and rapid bug resolution. Highly recommend!
